Challenge A: Zero animal products eating during one day or more (meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, etc.).
Challenge B: Zero processed foods eating during one day or more (cooking, blending, juicing, drying, fermenting, radiating, dehydrating, exposure, aging, extracting, etc.).
Challenge C: Zero drugs consuming during one day or more (alcohol, tobacco, cacao, coffee, prescription, tea, table salt, cane sugar, etc.).
N.B.1: Challenges are interconnected. Completing challenge B should also complete A because most animal products - if not all - are in fact processed foods. In the same way, completing challenge C should also complete both A & B because most animal products and processed foods - if not all - are in fact drugs.
N.B.2: Drug as in a consumable substance, food or drink with substantial toxicity that can cause addiction.
