The Protein Myth & The Perfect Diet

The protein myth is one of the most dramatic - if not the most dramatic - false belief in today's western culture. It is widespread, absurd by its falsehood and it has tremendous consequences on the food choices made by people since several generations.

Even among the vast majority of vegetarians and vegans, this myth still has big impacts on the food choices made. The accent is often put on proteins during meals (soy, beans, nuts, seeds) to "replace" meat, dairy and eggs - alongside grains which are still too concentrated in protein (pasta, bread, rice, ...).

The fact of the matter is that the healthiest and most optimal diet is the one that consists of raw fresh FRUITS & VEGETABLES only alongside clean water - no salt, no artificial sugar, no supplements, nothing else. The amino acids found in ample quantities in leafy green vegetables - notably spinach, kale & lettuce - are the number one constructive blocks for the human body to build all the proteins it desires to. The human body is specialized on running with carbohydrates, and fruits is the best source of carbohydrates alongside fibers, vitamins, minerals and more amino acids.

It is also very interesting to consider that:
1. the Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids ratio is perfectly balanced in fruits and vegetables which all do contain small yet significant amounts of those essential fats. The concentration of those fats is notably high in fruits like walnut & avocado and these should be eaten in moderation for this reason.
2. vitamin B12 is present in healthy organic soils and is found in the foods grown on such soils.
