Exercise is crucial if one wants to develop a good muscle mass, especially on a diet that excludes meat & fish (animal muscle) such as the best diet - raw veganism. When eating a proper diet, exercising becomes very fun and easy to do, and significant results come very fast!
A little weight lifting/cross fiting/aerobic is the best to develop relatively big and pretty muscles and can be done only two or three times a week over one or two hour periods for some massive results.
The vast majority of sports will develop and/or maintain a gorgeous body and a high muscle mass - such as swimming, running, bycicling, diving, trampoline, surfing, etc.
Yoga and stretching are also very good to obtain and/or keep a healthy body and a balanced muscle mass.

Fruits & Veggies Forever
All I need are loads of fruits & vegetables with a few nuts, seeds & sea vegetables. Don't try to sell me crap in a bottle. Don't try to make me believe I need this or that supplement. Oh I dare you to try to persuade me that eating too many fruits is dangerous! I'll repeat, all I want are loads of fruits & vegetables with a few nuts, seeds & sea vegetables. I want them fresh, whole, organic and raw! I go easy on the nuts, seeds and avocados but I take it really hard on other fruits and vegetables.
Here is a pure list of almost solely all the food I eat and love to eat:
alfalfa, almond, apple, avocado, banana, basil, blueberry, brazilnut, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloup, carrot, cauliflower, celery, chia, cherry, collard, cucumber, date, dulse, fig, flax, grape, grapefruit, greenoinion, hemp, honeymelon, kale, kiwi, lemon, lettuce, lime, mango, nori, oinion, olive, orange, papaya, parsley, pea, pear, pineapple, pinenut, plum, pumpkin, raspberry, sesame, spinach, squash, strawberry, sunflower, tomato, walnut, watermelon, zucchini

Perfection Implements Pursuitable
Purity and perfection have nothing wrong, literally. They don't exist in practice, but they are the target on which every one should aim. Allowing flaws to perdure or to deny their existence is a mistake. From mistake can rise learning, hence a step towards
perfection.
The Protein Myth & The Perfect Diet
The protein myth is one of the most dramatic - if not the most dramatic - false belief in today's western culture. It is widespread, absurd by its falsehood and it has tremendous consequences on the food choices made by people since several generations.
Even among the vast majority of vegetarians and vegans, this myth still has big impacts on the food choices made. The accent is often put on proteins during meals (soy, beans, nuts, seeds) to "replace" meat, dairy and eggs - alongside grains which are still too concentrated in protein (pasta, bread, rice, ...).
The fact of the matter is that the healthiest and most optimal diet is the one that consists of raw fresh FRUITS & VEGETABLES only alongside clean water - no salt, no artificial sugar, no supplements, nothing else. The amino acids found in ample quantities in leafy green vegetables - notably spinach, kale & lettuce - are the number one constructive blocks for the human body to build all the proteins it desires to. The human body is specialized on running with carbohydrates, and fruits is the best source of carbohydrates alongside fibers, vitamins, minerals and more amino acids.
It is also very interesting to consider that:
1. the Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids ratio is perfectly balanced in fruits and vegetables which all do contain small yet significant amounts of those essential fats. The concentration of those fats is notably high in fruits like walnut & avocado and these should be eaten in moderation for this reason.
2. vitamin B12 is present in healthy organic soils and is found in the foods grown on such soils.

Love
To give love costs nothing. If you expect to receive love, you better start giving all you can. Soon it will bounce back and you won't be able to store much as it will literally exponentially grow all over the place.

I Profoundly Challenge You...
Challenge A: Zero animal products eating during one day or more (meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey, etc.).
Challenge B: Zero processed foods eating during one day or more (cooking, blending, juicing, drying, fermenting, radiating, dehydrating, exposure, aging, extracting, etc.).
Challenge C: Zero drugs consuming during one day or more (alcohol, tobacco, cacao, coffee, prescription, tea, table salt, cane sugar, etc.).
N.B.1: Challenges are interconnected. Completing challenge B should also complete A because most animal products - if not all - are in fact processed foods. In the same way, completing challenge C should also complete both A & B because most animal products and processed foods - if not all - are in fact drugs.
N.B.2: Drug as in a consumable substance, food or drink with substantial toxicity that can cause addiction.

Advertisement-free Facebook!
I sticked a piece of dark rectangular paper on the right-middle side of my screen and it works perfectly! I virtually never use that part of the screen. It also blocks the most part of the advertisement on YouTube as well!
Check out what it looks like on that printscreen: http://www.box.net/shared/ievg44g4vb
(it's not the real paper, I've put a paper texture on the image similar to the real paper on my physical screen)

Raw Landing
After several weeks of struggle with my diet, I finally landed to where I pretty much first started back in April when I "left" the blog. The key to raw veganism is so simple: water, fruits & veggies. That's it and that's all. No salt, no spices, no supplement, no additive of what not, no nothing else.
Craving celery/kale/lettuce/etc. for sodium is a true nutrition miracle.
The confusion in the "raw community" on the web to what to eat and what not to eat - to what is the optimal diet - is very palpable. It surely did confuse me greatly in the last few months up until early this week when I finally found out the based truths. It's all a big lie out there, virtually. How many misinformation agents are there out in the world wild web? I wrote wild, not wide. When it's complicated, it's a lie. When they try to sell something, it's a lie. When it's simple and logical, it's true.
I'm smiling and dancing for no obvious reason yet again, and it feels fucking good.
I shall get back on that blog more often now and speak my truths...
