1. Loads of fresh green vegetables always.
2. Loads of ripe fruits and caloric vegetables always.
3. Clean water always.
4. Tiny amounts of extra fatty acids (avocado, olive, nuts, seeds) frequently.
It's the "80-10-10 diet".
I just ate the greatest salad I ever made, and it was extremely huge and delicious! It took me about an hour to eat it all!
