The First Grand Discovery of Third Millenia

An orgasm is the nuclear fission of one atom in the genital area (middle of root chakra) with a radioactive half-life of approximately one day (voluntarily and unconsciously created by the accumulation and concentration of sexual energy).

Thank You Jenny

Even now, as so many dreams of yours are in the midst of coming true, perhaps remember that I have dreamed even greater for you than you can now comprehend. And my thoughts become things, too.

The Love Treshold

The brain reward system is activated by two distinctive pleasure-inducing hormones:
1. Oxytocin
2. Dopamine

The first one, oxytocin, is healthy. It creates sustainable pleasure in any activity that induces the creation of love (life): from friendly and romantic relationships with others, animals, plants and yourself, to arts, gardening, writing, studying, praying, dancing, relaxing, walking, running, etc.. The increase of love manifests in infinite ways. The increase of love is a constructive activity. Oxytocin diminishes the love treshold by creating more pleasure-inducing hormone receptors in the brain, therefore oxytocin becomes more and more satisfying as more is created over time.

The second one, dopamine, is unhealthy. It creates unsustainable pleasure in any activity that induces the destruction of love (death): from simple violence, to drugs, toxic/dense food, excessive exercise, fighting/arguing, greed, abuse, stress, etc. and even orgasm! Orgasms act exactly like a heroin trip in its intensity according to scientific brain imagery, but an orgasm lasts much shorter than a heroin trip. The decrease of love manifests in infinite ways. The decrease of love is a destructive activity. Dopamine increases the love treshold by destroying pleasure-inducing hormone receptors in the brain.

By reducing dopamine releasing activities to a minimum, and by increasing oxytocin releasing activities to a maximum, beauty and happiness literally grow exponentially in one's life while everything starts to flow naturally and easily. It suffices to identify and recognize the final nature of all activities; they can notably be instinctive behaviors, cultural or familial traditions, and/or personal habits. In all cases, the destructive activities can be controlled and should be ultimately stopped altogether while constructive activities must and will be focused upon, for the betterment of one and all.

N.B.: Like light and life, love does not ultimately have an opposite, because the apparent opposite of love is in reality only its absence. Darkness is the absence of light. Death is the absence of life. Violence is (a case of) the absence of love (like abuse, greed, injustice, exploitation, racism, etc.). Love, light and life are well interconnected concepts both physically and spiritually.

Discovery of Karezza and its Scientific Reason

I discovered about Karezza today. I am extremely excited about it all!

Karezza is about love, about having a loving relationship but without orgasms! Karezza can of course be practiced with another person, but can also be done with a pet, a wild animal, tree or plant, and even with our own self. It is mostly about "sending"/creating/feeling love which can manifest in infinite ways including sexual activity but always without any potentially destructive behaviors such as orgasms.

The love sensation has to do with a substance in the brain called oxytocin which triggers the brain reward system - creates pleasure. Dopamine is the other brain substance that triggers the brain reward system - creates pleasure. Dopamine is released in many different "survival" exciting circomstances, such as arguing/fighting, extreme exercise, cooked/dense/stimulant food, drugs, etc. and last but not least orgasms. Oxytocin is sustainable and healthy, but dopamine is unsustainable and unhealthy because dopamine increases the treshold of amount of pleasure substance required to feel good which is the addictive pattern of any damaging behavior.

Orgasm significantly increases the dopamine threshold for the same amount of well-being in the brain reward-system. Heroin does the very same, a heroin high is similar in intensity to that of an orgasm according to scientific brain imagery observation, but since the high of an orgasm lasts much shorter than the one of a heroin trip the damage is much greater for heroin. Still, force is to recognize that orgasms do significant temporal damage to the brain!

This damage isn't unique to the brain in the case of men, as the production of sperm and spermatozoids require a great deal of energy and essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium and calcium. The speed of production of sperm and of spermatozoids depends largely on the amounts available, and of course an ejaculation - external, or internal as in taoist sexual practices or vasectomy (partial) - depletes the reserves. The release of sperm should be only during a moment of desired procreation.

The build up of energy before an orgasm and its "explosive" release damages the body. This is why breathing and relaxing are keys in times of sexual desire rises which literally allow for energy flowing inside the body, just like in all other circumstances where addictive cravings arise where deep breathing is essential to allow for acceptance and dealing with the situation constructively.

Orgasms are avoided in my life from now on. This has wonderful health promises while still permitting for extremely wonderful romantic love relationships involving Karezza.

The Future of Nutrition from a Fruitarian Consciousness

I came up with a very promising concept in regards to nutrition: the "antioxidants per calorie vs toxins per calorie ratios" which could be eventually comprised into a "lifegiving" value. If the antioxidants in a food are more dense than the toxins then the "lifegiving" number is positive, otherwise it's negative. I'm not a huge fan of the word "antioxidant" but I prefer it to the word "vitamin" which is too vague in my view. Antioxidants are simply antiaging/lifeenhancing compounds, in a sense the opposite of toxins. The difficult part of this concept comes into knowing which compounds are antioxidants, which compounds are toxins, how much they scale in value between one another and how much are contained into specific foods... of course approximation is key but still much work to do to know all.

It is remarkable to realize that cooking food reduces the amounts of both antioxidants and natural toxins while creating artificial toxins (denatured/agglomerate protein, charcoal, trans fats, etc.).

From what I understand, greens and vegetables contain a lot of antioxidants per calorie but they also contain much toxins per calorie, while fruits contain much antioxidants per calorie and close to zero toxins per calorie (when raw, ripe, fresh and home-grown/wild/organic).

I started my fruitarian journey in late February on the premise that there is no essential nutrient found in greens that cannot be easily obtained from eating quality fruit, and I am now certain the hypothesis is fact. *All* essential minerals, vitamins (B12 and D are produced within our body), fatty acids and amino acids are found in quality fruit, and in good ratios. After a long time on a raw diet, there is no good reason to eat greens except wanting to get some "fresh" antioxidants when quality fruit isn't available, but how can quality fruit be missing in such an abundant era? I have craved greens sometimes when I started eating 100% fruit, pretty much only emotionally especially the first few days as the cravings felt a lot like all of those times I stopped eating a food I loved in the past like cheese, bread, meat, pasta, ... (but still greens much easier to quit I found at least for me). I don't crave greens anymore and find them unappealing compared to quality fruit.

I have been 100% fruitarian for almost three months. The least I'd like to say about it is that it was the best experience of my life so far in countless ways, notably in all of the things I learned and realized regarding the food we humans eat - from animal flesh to tree fruits, and regarding the huge impact the nature of our food has on our consciousness and therefore on all our actions and life choices. We do what we eat.
